Product: HP ENVY Notebook - 15t-ae100 CTO (ENERGY STAR)
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I am trying to purchase a replacement HDD for 15t-ae100 CTO, the old HDD fails DST TEST with UC7QXR-7SQB32-XD7WLK-60QW03

my questions:

#1 which is best HDD replacement for 15t-ae100 CTO , I am still leaning toward physical hard drive due to high cost of SSD

#2 how to transfer/recover OS (windows 10 64 bit) and files from old HDD ?

#2a old HDD still boots up (for now) and I still can access files but it is extremely slow.

looking at
