which one can i use and if there is an amazon link it would be great and I'll be thankful.

Hi:

 

Your only option to install a SSD would be to replace the 2.5" mechanical hard drive with a 2.5" SSD.

 

This is a popular model that is reasonably priced.   This is the link for the 1 TB capacity.  You can also buy 250 GB or 500 GB...
