I have hp omen 15dc 1002ua. I bought it with 512gb of m2 memory and it also has a free 2,5 slot.  I  would really like to know if I can use 9,5 hdd with this laptop, or only 7, 7,2? I would be very grateful for your help

HP Recommended

Chapter 1, page 2 of the service manual indicates that 9.5 mm hard drives are supported.

 

OMEN by HP 15 Laptop PC Maintenance and Service Guide

 

Support all 7 mm/7.2 mm/9.5 mm, SATA 2.5-inch hard drives - customer accessible/upgradeable (share the same bracket)
