Hello, I recently purchased a HDMI Video Capture card to connect my firestick to my laptop. Unfortunately, my machine is not installing the driver. I checked google for answers and it suggested I check the activity on the USB port. I saw a message that says need further installation. I am no techie, so I am stuck at this point. I tried it on my son's HP laptop and it immediately detected the USB connection and installed the driver. I am not so lucky. I am running Windows 11 and he is Windows 10. Help.
