HP Pavilion Laptop PC 15-eg1000 (43F51AV)

Hello

I have a Thinkpad Gen2 USB-C docking station that I use. However I cannot get HDMI to work with it. I have a Pavilion 15 - eg1000 machine. Keyboard, mouse and power works though.

As opposed to this, HDMI (and Keyboard, mouse) through this dock works with Dell precision 7720 (however I need to power it separately as that's a big machine and the power isn't sufficient).

Can someone (preferably from HP) confirm if upgrading the device driver would make it work? Or is it not supported from the get to for this device?

What is your machine ? It could be one of the following machines

For example :      HP Pavilion Laptop 15-eg1005ni

I don't know  Thinkpad Gen2 USB-C dock, all I would say: They are NOT compatible. The above machine should work with HP USB-C G5 dock. I tested the HP dock on a similar machine.

Regards.
