I would like the motherboard 'blueprints' please. I have a 512GB SATA III SSD inside of my laptop(in which I CAN boot from) and am as well waiting for a newer WiFi card.

I am trying to figure out which connector the 2.5in SSD adapter/connector goes into.

Unfortunately, your model doesn't support a 2.5" SATA SSD.

See pages 43-44 of the service manual that show all connectors on the motherboard.

If your model doesn't come with an optional fingerprint reader, connector #9 is unpopulated, but it is designated to the fingerprint reader. A 2.5" SATA drive, if installed, won't be detected by the BIOS.

There's a space in which a 2.5" drive may fit, but again there is no motherboard connector is available for it.

Although I do see a connector for a fingerprint sensor.

Could I install one of those? (Since I see the physical connector for the sensor, and I haven't seen how to fingerprint sensor works but I'm willing to modify the chassis if nessesary)

Every connector is designed for a specific device. If you try to connect a 2.5" drive to connector #9, the BIOS won't detect it.

#9 is an 8-pin connector and most of 2.5" drives use a 10-pin SATA cable.

See this illustration of the inside of the bottom cover that shows plastic pieces sticking out that fill the void space to protect the top and bottom covers, as a 2.5" drive is not installed there.

But if you still want to try a 2.5" SSD, you may do so by using an 8-pin SATA cable and removing those plastic pieces.

I don't think I'm gonna try the ssd, however since there is a connector for a fingerprint sensor, could I try that instead? I haven't looked under the battery yet, so I haven't seen the connector itself lol. Imma check real quick.

See page 39 of the manual for a fingerprint reader assembly. A fingerprint board module needs to go into a square opening in the top cover, but your top cover doesn't have this opening in the bottom right corner. 

Your top cover's part number is L88200-001. If you want to install a fingerprint reader, you need to buy a fingerprint reader-ready top cover from the list of 'keyboard/top cover' on page 16.

A fingerprint reader module is secured to the top cover with a bracket, but page 39 doesn't list its part number. I don't know how you can find a right bracket without its part number.

All considered, adding a fingerprint reader to your model will be a challenging project.

Btw is the Ryzen 7 board interchangeable with mine? I'm willing to find and source nessesary parts, but I'm asking you before I buy a $250 board for no reason.

If you want to replace the motherboard, you need to select a new one from the list of supported system board on page 16 of the manual.

Be sure that you buy a system board that references #M0xxxx-601that that comes with a W10 product key stored in the BIOS. If you buy a board with -001, you need to buy a W10 product key.

The parts list for your model indicates that it has an Athlon Silver 3050U.
