There are dozens of different models/products of the HP ProBook 450 G7 series therefore I don't know the specs of your machine BUT I think it has a small amount of RAM and a slow HDD.
Small amount of RAM would cause swapping/paging a lot that makes HDD has to spin to dead. Therefore you can do
1. Upgrade your machine with more RAM
2. Replace slow HDD to a faster HDD or SSD
You can do #1 first and #2 later or BOTH at the same time.
If you wish more info, please post back 2 items : (a) Its CPU (b) Its current RAM
Regards.
