Hello!
The monitor is starting to come apart where the left hinge seems to be broken. I've seen a few others post about this issue and it looks like HP has helped, which is great! Can someone from HP please let me know what to do to get mine fixed? Thank you!

Thank you for posting on the HP Support Community.
Don't worry as I'll be glad to help,
This sounds like hardware related issue with the hinge assembly and in order to fix this issue, your computer needs to be serviced. As we have limited support boundaries in the support community as of now.
I would request you to reach out to our Support and our Support Engineers should be able to check the available service options in order to diagnose the computer physically. HP Support can be reached by clicking on the following link: www.hp.com/contacthp/
Please feel free to contact us here anytime you need any further assistance. Please click “Accept as Solution” if you feel my post solved your issue, it will help others find the solution.

I have the same issue.....hoping it is covered by warranty. My 360 Conv. is only 4 months old. First the sound seemed odd.....like something was vibrating on the one side then when I went to close it ... pop/snap the hinge dislocated and a piece of metal shot out of the hinge.

Please let me know how to address the issue. It does seem to be a common occurrence with other users. I posted on the forum and they shared this address. Please let me know asap - I need my computer for work. Thank you!!
