HOW CAN I UPGRADE MY RAM OF HP Probook 245 g5 BY ADDITIONAL 8GB.I AM NOT GETTING ANY SUPPORT FROM HP.WHOM TO CONTACT.ITS URGENT!!

Hi,

Max RAM for your notebook is 16GB of DDR3L 1600Mhz (2x8GB)

 

There are two slots. You can purchase RAM from your preferred brand such as Crucial, Samsung...

On page 38 of service manual you can see the steps to upgrade RAM:

You could also bring to your local trusted technician who should be able to upgrade the RAM in less than 30 minutes.
