HOW DO I REMOVE THE HARD DRIVE FROM A HP PAVILION N5420 LAPTOP? I REMOVED ALL THE SCREWS, BUT I CANNOT REMOVE THE BACK TO GET ACCESS TO THE HARD DRIVE. SOMETHING IS PREVENTING ME FROM REMOVING IT. ANY SUGGESTIONS?

Hi:

 

HP retired support for that model notebook since it is more than 10 years old, so no manuals on the HP support site exist for it anymore.
