HOW does one get a military discount? Please help so I may share with other military members

Sorry, I am having no luck anywhere registering for military discount(a.k.a. EPP program). I dont know who else to ask but I could really use some advice, or better yet, a solution. I have been in the military for almost 20 years and discounts have always fallen short or been very difficult to find out solid information on. I would like to purchase a laptop using a military discount but I would also like to share this with fellow service members who also struggle with this. Thanks for your time, it is precious if it helps me or my fellow veterans get access to laptops. Many of us are needing to telework and it would mean a lot.
