Buenas tardes Comunidad, me gustaria hacerles la siguiente consulta: Tengo una notebook  14-bp005LA, y actualmente tiene 8GB de Ram la quiero llevar a 16GB,  es posible para esta maquina? aca les dejo mi S/N   5CD73021GR,  estuve buscando una memoria ram de 8GB y consegui esta, es compatible:  https://www.mercadolibre.com.ar/memoria-ram-vengeance-gamer-color-negro-8gb-1-corsair-cmsx8gx4m1a240...

Hi:

Your notebook supports 2 x 8 GB of DDR4-2400 CL17 memory.

The CMSX8GX4M1A2400C16 memory you want to buy is CL16 and most likely will not work.

This costs a little more but it should work for your notebook:

Mira los datos que me proporciona speccy, de la memoria. Seguro que la latencia 16  no le funciona?

You're very welcome.

Your notebook's Intel Core i7-7500U can only run the memory at a maximum speed of 2133 MHz.

A standard DDR4-2133 memory chip has a CL of 15.

So in order for a DDR4-2400 MHz memory chip to adjust to the specs of a DDR4-2133 memory chip the CL of 17 goes to CL15.

A DDR4-2400 CL16 memory chip will want to bridge to 2133 MHz CL14 and that may not work if your notebook's BIOS can't automatically adjust to the faster timing speed.

So, if you have your heart set on the CMSX8GX4M1A2400C16 memory, just know that there is a risk of it not working.

That memory is perfect and yes, at a better price.
