Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Laptop model HP 14-dk1031dx  won't power on in battery or AC mode.  I've tried new adaptor, tried removing battery to factory reset.  Nothing works. It was working then just stopped now won't do anything.  Any ideas?

When you plug in the power adapter, does the power LED light up?

If it does not, when using the new power adapter, there may be dc power components that are no longer functioning on the system board.

Did you try powering it on with the battery removed?

That  would describe a component or trace issue on DC power section of the  the system board.
