It only has Intel® Pentium® Silver N6000 (up to 3.3 GHz burst frequency, 4 MB L3 cache, 4 cores) processor therefore the best you can do it to upgrade 4GB of RAM to 8GB of RAM.
You may be able to add M.2 SSD drive to your machine BUT finding part (for M.2 slot) is very hard.
