Help! I NEED more RAM. This Pavilion says no RAM upgrades. I think it can if done right. 8GB is all this has. I need at least 16GB. Homework says that its compatible with 16GB DDR4 2400MHz SODIMM PC4-17000 260 Pin RAM. Can I use PC4 19200? or can I use 2133, 2666MHz? PC4-17000 has little if any options that I can find online. Also does it void warrantees if I have a licensed Tech do it? What's my options? My GTAV is more irritating than fun. Has anyone else noticed that this "New" Pavilion is obsolete for everything but the basics? Kinda lame! Any advice is appreciated. At least it can configure my $20.00 Amazon mouse. \../

Hi:
According to chapter 1 of the service manual, the memory is onboard (soldered to the motherboard) and cannot be upgraded.
Maintenance and Service Guide (hp.com)
Chapter 3 shows that different motherboards are used for the models that come with 8 GB or 16 GB of onboard memory.
Chapter 5 has no procedure to remove or replace the memory.
