Hi, this comes standard with 4GB ram. What's the max ram it can hold?

According to your Service Guide  you have 2 slots for memory and at 8GB of DDR4-2666 each, you can have 16GB. Possibly up to 32GB, you can find out following this:

 

Windows users can determine the maximum RAM capacity in the Command prompt (Run as Administer) with the command here- wmic memphysical get MaxCapacity and divide the value by 1024

 

If you are purchasing more ram, don't buy any performance ram, Crucial Samsung or SK Hynix vanilla ram.
