Hello HP community,

My HP 14-r032tu Notebook PC wont boot up. I have tested the battery and power supply which are both working.

As a next step, I am now trying to find out if this model has a BIOS battery that may need replacing...

I have removed the (13) screws underneath however I am unable to take off the lower case section to look inside.

Can anyone tell me if this model has a BIOS battery that may need replacing and further instruction for removing the bottom case?

Thank you kindly,

Steph
