Hi:
Yes, your notebook has two memory slots and can support 2 x 8 GB of DDR4-3200 memory.
It only has one M.2 slot which is occupied, so you would have to install a NVMe SSD having a greater storage capacity.
HP only has the service manual for the older models with the Intel 8th gen core processors available.

Hi, your laptop has a RAM capacity of 8GB and it is just in one slot. Usually, most laptop motherboards come with 2 to 3 slots for RAM, meaning that the laptop can carry an extra RAM or two to increase its capacity but in your case, your RAM memory is 8 GB DDR4-2666 MHz RAM meaning by default, 2666 is the max officially supported and anything higher than that is considered an overclock of the memory controller. So just stick with the 8GB RAM.
Your HP 14s DQ2606TU has 512 GB PCIe® NVMe™ SSD pre-installed. You should be able to swap it out to get a larger (capacity) drive using:

Or similar from reputable vendors.
