Hello,

Can I change the RAM/SSD? If possible, how many Slots have it? Which form factor has the M.2 SSD?

 

HP Laptop 14s-fq0908ng 8GB RAM, 256GB SSD, R5 4500U

Hi,

The RAM is upgradable to max 32GB of DDR4 2666MHz (2x16GB). You can insert faster RAM which will however still run at 2666Mhz.

There are two slots and at the moment you have 2x4GB

ON page 33 of service manual you can see the steps to install the RAM

You can upgrade the M2 PCIe NVMe SSD to a higher capacity one (no limit) from your preferred brand.

Something like the Samsung 980 would be great.
