Hi, I have HP 14s-cf2075tu, and I would like to upgrade RAM to 8GB, please give advise what type of RAM,

8GB DDR4 2666 ? I want to be sure about it. TQ in ad.

Yes see p. 40 of the Manual:

 

Service Manual 

 

DDR4-2666 SO-DIMM. The model you specify has a single 4gb module in one slot and there would be an empty slot. Any combination of 4, 8 or 16 gb modules up to 32 gigs total will work.
