HP 14s-fq0060na Laptop - AMD 3020e

Is it possible to upgrade the hard drive on the HP 14s-fq0060na laptop to a larger one? It come with 64 GB eMMC.

I am looking to buy one but want to know whether it is possible to replace the hard drive with a larger one.

Hi, @JennyV1

You can't replace the 64 GB eMMC drive, but your notebook does have a M.2 slot where you can install a M.2 2280 SATA SSD.

You can use the M.2 SATA SSD as the Windows boot drive and storage and format the 64 GB eMMC drive and use that for extra storage too.

NVMe SSD's are not supported in the models that come with the 64 GB eMMC SSD's.

Below is the link to the service manual for your notebook where you can find the procedure to add a M.2 SATA SSD.
