Good morning,
 
I have a laptop HP 15-BA011NL, i have bought a Qumox 2nd SATA 2,5" HDD caddy to replace dvd player.
I have replaced succesfully the original HDD with an SSD (Samsung 850 evo) and I would like to place the original HDD (formatted) inside caddy as 2nd HDD but the laptop doesn't boot when caddy (with empty HDD inside) is connected and if I put inside after logon it doesn't recognize the caddy.
I have connected HDD to laptop with a usb-sata cable and it works.
Could you help me?

add: I found a switch inside caddy with three position and I tought: "yes! I solved" but unfortunately, I tried all three position but pc doesn't boot with caddy inside and doesn't recognize it also if I put in after boot.

Could be a faulty caddy?
