Hi, I'm upgrading the ram on my laptop PC. There are two slots but I'd prefer just to add one card into the spot being used currently with a 16gb ram car. Here's a link, will this work with this laptop?

Let me know what is wrong about this one and I'll find a new card? I'm open to using both slots with two 8gb ram cards but this just makes it easier I belief.

@JBorell

It has 8 GB DDR4-2133 SDRAM (1 x 8 GB) now and it supports 16GB (8GB + 8GB) max therefore 16GB won't work. Its manual and Crucial conform this

Therefore you can only add 8GB to slot 2.

Regards.
