Hello,

Does the laptop HP 15-BS015NU 2CT78EA BK NB have an SSD slot?
I want to know before I order one because the laptop itself is kind of old and it needs an upgrade.

Thanks in advance!

Hi:

Only the notebooks that come with the Intel 6th generation and newer core processors have a M.2 slot that supports a SATA SSD only.

Your notebook since it has a Celeron processor, does not have a M.2 slot and only has one slot for a memory chip.

If you want to upgrade/replace your 2.5" mechanical hard drive to a 2.5" SSD, you can do that.

Below is the link to the service manual.
