Hi all,

     I can't seem to find out if I can upgrade my RAM and Hard Drive, I see my max alloted RAM for the laptop is 8gb, though when I look for an 8gb DDR4-1866 SDRAM memory stick I can't find anything for a laptop. Also, is it possible to upgrade to a solid state hard drive? if so what am I looking for?

 

Thanks for any direction you all can give, I really appreciate it!

You can refer to page 45 for SSD hard drive installation and page 41 for Ram details in this Service Manual: http://h10032.www1.hp.com/ctg/Manual/c05985640

 

The Max Memory for this Notebook is 8 GB and the Spare part No is 862398-855
