 how do you install the battery 746641-001 - SKO-BATT 3C 31WHr 2.8AH LI OA03031-CL into this laptop a HP 15-R029WM NOTEBOOK ?

Your machine uses old style battery which requires around 1 minute to replace it. It would take few hours to replace battery an a newer machine now.

Wow!, Banhien...you did everything but install it for me.

GREAT INFO AND I REALLY APPRECIATE YOUR FEEDBACK...

It appears that the part no's I have are for 2200mah instead of the 2800mah as the OEM, but I'm trying a co. that

supposed to sell hp oem stuff or else I'll have to use the 2200mah if I can't find the correct one.  600ma does make a difference in useage.

how well does the HP15 perform using the substitute battery pack that is 2200mah rated as opposed to the

2800mah in the OEM.

I have not really found a OEM where someone is not charging me $100+ and not really knowing if it is

really "new" they have had it sitting on the shelf for X number of years...
