Hello,

I have a HP-15-ac155tx Notebook and it's serial number is [Personal Information Removed].

I would like to know the Serial Number of the motherboard so that I can get a replacement unit.

P.S: I have tried calling the service centers in my area to book an appointment, but they are not answering the question.

Enter the serial number of your notebook in the search window at the link below, and it should provide you with the part number for the motherboard it came with.
