hp should send me the product 820570-005 but they couldn't find the code which ends with ea(maybe dont ends with ea but its the manufacturer code i suppose)

the picture you sent doensn't include that code but thank you anyway

if you can find it please share it with me

You are making this way harder than it is. Just get the DDR4-2133 memory with that HP Part number. No other numbers are important.

Not sure where you are but you do not have to buy the memory from HP. Even a memory module which says it is "compatible" with the HP Part number will be OK.
