Hello,

The battery on my laptop (HP 15-bs0xx) has finally lost the capability to hold any charge and am looking to buy a new battery, had a quick look on the HP website and couldn't find one for my model, can anyone help me find one that where I can find the new battery?

There is a big problem here, what is your HP 15-Bs0xx. Is it an Intel or AMD machine ? Does it use 3-cells or 4-cells battery ?

We need to know what is your machine to be able to work out what do you need. Please use the following way to find out the model/product of your machine

Please do NOT post its Serial number (s/n).
