HP 15-d035dx
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

How many RAM slots does this (HP 15-d035dx) pc has ? Task manager says 2 but the motherboard has only one slot while the other slot, i can see only empty pins which has no mountable medium. If the maximum supported is 8 GB but I have only one slot, can I use one 8 GB stick. But I read somewhere the RAM slot capacity as MAX RAM supported by PC / No. Of Slots. If this is the case, then the PC supports only 4GB per slot resulting in effective 4 GB RAM itself. Kindly clarify

Hi:

Notebooks with the Intel Pentium N3520 Processors have one memory slot, and you can install a max of an 8 GB memory module in the slot.

Below is the link to the crucial memory report for your notebook.
