Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hi, wonder if anyone can help me please.  Trying to upgrade the memory on my daughter's very slow HP 15-da0511sa laptop.  It has 4GB as standard but needs much more.  Trying to find out what's the maximum additional memory I can install, and how many slots are available. Thanks

It has 2 slots and supports 32GB max. But for your daughter, 16GB should be enough. There are few options to upgrade RAM

(a) To 8GB: keep 4GB and add 4GB to dlot 2

(b) To 12GB: keep 4GB and add 8GB to slot 2

(c) To 16GB: Discard 4GB and add 8GB to each slot.

The following productsfrom Crucial in The UK are fully compatible  (2400MHz will be automatically downgraded to 2133MHz):

4GB:    https://uk.crucial.com/gbr/en/hp-15-da0511sa/CT12509407

8GB:    https://uk.crucial.com/gbr/en/hp-15-da0511sa/CT12509388

If you wish go over 16GB, you need to use 16GB stick(s)
