HP 15-dbng
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hello,

I have a problem. I have bought a docking station from Novoo 11-in-1-hub. Now I want to connect my HP laptop (HP 15-dbng model) to the two external screens via the docking station. I use an adapter to convert the usb-c cable from the docking station to usb 3.0 on my laptop. I want screen 1 to display my dekstop and the desktop to expand to screen 2. However, when I have connected all the cables accordingly, there is no picture but the message "no signal". What is wrong?

On my work laptop (which is a few months older) it works fine.

Does anyone have any advice? I don't know much about computers, so please answer in layenspeak 🙂

Best regards

kiniomo

HP 15-dbng is an invalid model/product. What is it ? What is your work machine ? What is the docking station ?

Regards.
