Hey i am currently using the HP 15-dw3xxx and currently im on 256gb. its incredibly low for me and i want to upgrade my ssd. my question is how can i upgrade the ssd and transfer all of my data to the new ssd?

You can buy a larger M.2 SSD of the size you want, but to transfer the data you must clone it by buying an external M.2 disk adapter with USB connection and then use a cloning program. Now remember that the windows license is stored in the BIOS and when you install windows again it takes the license stored in the BIOS.

thank you i will try that. also which ssd would you recommend? im trying to go at least 1tb. Also i am on 8gb ram so im thinking about upgrading that too to 16gb at least. which one would you suggest for ram sticks also thank you.

You can put any SSD M.,2 of the size you want, about the memory I do not know what frequency you have, can you tell me the type of processor you have ?
