Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Any help is appreciated this is the second time I have tried to connect another monitor to my laptop and the monitor just says no signal. I have a dual screen set up connected with usb a to c and the power is on to the monitor but it says no signal the second is usb c to c. I don't think I have a display port.
