HP Laptop PC 15s-fq2000 (2D119AV)

Hi! I have the HP 15-dy2193dx and I wanted to upgrade the storage, but I'm not sure what the biggest size it'll take is. It currently has the default stick (Hynix BC711) but it's a super compact form factor (M.2 2230)- will I be able to use a full sized M.2 2280 drive, or do I have to find something in the tiny 2230 size?

Also, are there any weird virtual restrictions on the laptop I should be aware of, or would a 1TB stick work fine?

Hi:

Your notebook should be able to support up to a 4 TB M.2 2280 NVMe SSD.

The parts list for your notebook's 544Q0UA product number indicates the drive is a M.2 2280:
