HP Pavilion Gaming - 15-ec0013dx
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

My HP Pavilion Gaming computer runs slow when it is plugged in, the CPU won’t go past 19%. I’ve tried everything, from reinstalling Windows 10, downgrading from Windows 11 to 10, to removing all files and defragmenting the drive, nothing helped. This all started on Wednesday this week. Steps I recreated are 1. Pressed the power button to turn on the laptop and it gets stuck on the HP logo for about 45 seconds.  2. Logging in to the computer and it takes about one minute to log in. 3. Pressing Ctrl+Alt+Delete to open the Task Manager and it takes 10 seconds to load.

Any advice on how to fix this problem???

It’s still running slow. Tried updating the BIOS and running the HP performance tune-up and still does the same thing. What should I do this time???
