HP 15-f272wm CD/DVD drive is missing in Device Manager. Shutdown/restart does not detect CD/DVD drive. DVDs do not play. BIOS includes CD/DVD drive. CD/DVD drive appears after a System Reset but without any properties, etc. Uninstall from Device Manager and a Restart do not bring back the CD/DVD drive?
Thank you in advance for your assistance!!
