HP 15S-EQ0002NH 8XF60EA
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hi. I've ordered a HP 15S-EQ0002NH 8XF60EA laptop and I got it two days ago. I noticed that when I type on the left side, something rattling, resonant sound comes out of the left side, also when it is turned off. I also hear it from left when I type on the right side. If I type in the middle or lift the notebook and shake, this is weakly audible. It is slightly louder at the lower keys. It can also be produced with the touchpad. Is it normal? Or was something spoiled while assembly? (My 9-years-old Packard Bell don't produce this.) What can cause this? Is there a chance I can solve it at home? (It is possible to return it to the store.) Video

I tried another one exhibited in the store. I also experienced this rattle sound there, though perhaps a little quieter. I'm still thinking about sending it back. I am still curious about the cause, perhaps a solution. HP should pay more attention to this next time.
