HP Notebook - 15-ay503tx

Hi, I want to upgrade Hard drive in my laptop from HDD to SSD, but I'm not aware which type of SSD will be compatible with my laptop HP Notebook 15-ay503tx.

Please guide me to make an informed decision.

Hi:

 

Only the 15-ay notebooks that came with a M.2 SATA SSD from the factory have the M.2 slot to install one.

 

Since your notebook came with a 1 TB 2.5" mechanical hard drive, your only option would be to replace the 2.5" mechanical hard drive with a 2.5" SATA SSD.
