Hello,

I have an HP 15s DW1048NIA (Product Number: 4M159EA#BHS) which currently has a non-backlit keyboard. I’d like to know if it is possible to replace it with a backlit version. Does my model’s motherboard and BIOS support a backlit keyboard, or will it not work even if I install one?

Yes, your unit is compatible with the backlit keyboard, and you can get the compatible backlit version for it.
