HP 15s-eq0262ng cpu atascado en 399GHZ

Tengo el cpu atascado en 0.399 MGHZ y de fabrica da 2300. Alguien puede ayudarme ?

Hi excelent, i dont have any problem to create the post in english.

the problem is the stuck on CPU i tried all the things that you can find in google and HP support, upload the firmaware , reinstall win, go back to factory mode, , update the last Bios version, all and nothing works, i have stuck in 0.399 Mghz. No mathher what i do , i atach the prinst of task manager and the other program that i installed to monitoring the pc.

I have the same problem. I tried the same thing. No result.

I solved the problem. In BIOS, I turned on the turbo boost and turned off the power management.

Hi can you put some images from the bios, because i cant see the óptions of turbo boost. You have the bios of hp? What versión ?

I cant see the  turbo Booster or Energy options

Hi that Is picture of your bios ? Or a program of hp, i cant get that óptions, only if you can AND ir Is not a problem could you put the language in english for the picture.
