OMEN 17.3 inch Gaming Laptop PC 17-ck1000 (509V7AV)
Microsoft Windows 11

Just 3 months after usage of my device (HP 17-ck1797) which I purchase in Nigeria, the screen went off totally, you can hear the laptop working but the screen won't come on. I have tried using external display as well.

While the laptop is running, hold down the Windows key and tap the P key once. You may see a window appear that will allow you to choose an external or laptop display. Choose PC display.

If that does not resolve the issue, your description of the problem tells me that there is a system board problem. It can only be resolved under warranty.

Contact HP to initiate a warranty repair.

Here is a hyperlink for your laptop's support portal.

Here is the HP warranty or service status page.

You can initiate your repair request there. Ensure that Nigeria is in the country drop-down. The serial number is on the bottom of your laptop and on the box the laptop was delivered in.
