You're very welcome.
I recommend that you contact Crucial and get confirmation that 64 GB of memory is guaranteed to work.
You can also run this command and see what Windows indicates regarding the memory capacity your notebook can support:
1. In the search box, search for cmd and click Run as administrator.
This will open the command prompt.
2. After the command prompt is opened, type wmic memphysical get maxcapacityEx and press the enter key
There, it will show the maximum RAM capacity your PC's motherboard can support.
The capacity is shown as Kilobytes, so you have to convert it to Gigabytes by dividing the number provided in the report by 1,048,576.
As far as the memory speed is concerned...
Your notebook's Intel® Core™ i7-9750H processor can only run the memory at a maximum speed of 2666 MHz.
A DDR4-3200 MHz memory chip will work fine, but it will automatically bridge to 2666 MHz.
It will not run at 3200 MHz.

Hi:
See chapter 1 of the service manual for the memory upgrade info and supported drive configurations.
Maintenance and Service Guide OMEN by HP 17 Laptop PC
The notebook has support for two M.2 NVMe SSD's.

Hi, thanks for your reply, but I am unsure on the RAM upgrade compatibility.
Supports up to 32 GB maximum system memory in the following configurations:
● 32 GB (16 GB × 2)
● 16 GB (16 GB × 1 or 8 GB × 2)
● 12 GB (8 GB × 1 + 4 GB × 1)
However, over on the crucial website, it tells me my laptop supports up to 64 GB (32 GB x 2) and 3200mHz, but my laptop can support 2666 max and 32gb so really unsure.
