I have an HP Laptop model 17-cn2063cl, and it has a problem on switching on.
Yesterday it works well and afterthat, after i pushed P button i sow that it was written PO, or PI. After that i switched off the laptop. Then it is impossible to switch on. The charging light is OK but the laptop doesn't switched on. Power Button is integrated on Keyboard. I tried to disconnect the battery and the keyboard and to connect again but it is impossible again.

Hi @IT_VIS,
Welcome to HP Support Community.
Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.
It seems like you're experiencing some issues with your HP laptop. Since you've already tried disconnecting the battery and the keyboard without success, there are a few other troubleshooting steps you can attempt.
Hard Reset:
- Disconnect the laptop from the power source.
- Remove the battery if possible.
- Press and hold the power button for about 15 seconds.
- Reconnect the battery and power source.
- Try turning on the laptop.
External Display:
- Connect your laptop to an external monitor or TV using the appropriate cable.
- Power on the external display.
- Power on your laptop.
- If the external display shows your laptop screen, there might be an issue with the laptop's built-in display.
BIOS/UEFI Reset:
- Some issues might be related to the laptop's BIOS or UEFI. Try resetting it.
- Consult your laptop's manual or HP's support website for instructions on how to reset the BIOS/UEFI.
Memory (RAM) Check:
- If you have multiple RAM modules, try removing one at a time and see if the laptop boots. Faulty RAM can sometimes cause startup issues.
Check for Physical Damage:
- Inspect your laptop for any signs of physical damage, especially around the power button and keyboard area.
I hope this helps.
Take care and have a good day.
