Product: HP Notebook - 17-by1061st
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

My HP 17-by1061st has been gently handled for 2 years, but when the laptop was opened, the screws holding the left display hinge came loose!  The flimsy plastic screw posts were cracked!  The plastic bottom case started to crack and the hinge is sticking out of it, and the display lid won’t close.  This is clearly a design flaw.  Will HP replace the plastic case?  Part number(s)?
