HP 17.3 inch Laptop PC 17-c1000 (4B770AV)

Hi,

Do you know why HP laptop 17 cn 1053 cl doesn't see any hdd or nvme ssd during Windows instalation. I also didn't see IRST drivers on usb device in Win 11 in  instalation menu. How to fix it? And also how to enter advanced bios in this model? Thank you in advance!

Hi:

Two suggestions:

1.  Try my solution at the link below.

Solved: Win 10 install not recognizing the NVME - HP Support Community - 8510047

2.  If this is the model notebook you have:

HP Laptop 17-cn1053cl Product Specifications | HP® Customer Support

It is supported by the HP cloud recovery tool.

You can use the HP cloud recovery tool and a 32 GB USB flash drive to create a bootable USB recovery drive that will reinstall Windows, the drivers and the software that originally came with your PC.

Here is an info link for how to use the utility.

HP Consumer PCs - Using the HP Cloud Recovery Tool in Windows 11 and 10 | HP® Customer Support

Since you have to use the utility on another PC, you will need to enter your PC's product number in the tool's search window in order to proceed to make the recovery media.

Your PC's product number is:  4S324UA#ABA

What you see in the BIOS settings is all you will be able to access.
