I would like to upgrade the RAM. It is a simple process, which I have done thousands of times in the past, and according to the specifications it will accept more RAM.
Is there an instructional video or manual on opening the case? It really should not be this hard.

@Vidya
Thank you for yoru quick response, however, this pretty standard information. I need the actual information on the HP 19-2014 all-in-one itself.
I already know the specifications as well.

@ManjunathTech
Thank you for the specification information, however, since I am an IT professional I already had this information.
Thank you and would be valuable information if I actually had the model in the video. Below you will see the back of the unit in question. This is my dilemma, how do I open this thing!

My guess for disassembly would be find that model or a similar model tear down video then follow it. Use a credit card or spudger to keep from damaging the plastic. Keep in mind that will almost assuredly void your warranty and may break the system, make you impotent, end the world etc.
Dunno if I can link stuff but if you search HP all in one teardown on Youtube you will find what looks like an Official HP Channel with steps for other all in ones. If your specific model isn't there it may be similar enough.

Take a look at this- the specifics might vary but it's a start at least:

EASY TO OPEN!!!
I have a machine marked HP 19 ALL IN ONE.
This machine has no cover plates on the back, it is all one piece.
On the BOTTOM (silver metal trim) there are 2 what looks like Phillips head screws - they are latches.
Hold the machine on your lap vertically upside-down so those 2 screw heads face up, black back facing towards your chest.
Turn each screw as if unscrewing (counter clockwise) just a 1/4 turn, the back pops right open!!
A bit hidden but THE EASIEST opening back of all time!!
NICE SETUP for sure!

I just found this very useful and helpful video on how to change and install extra RAM on my HP 19 ALL in one Desktop PC.
Here is the link: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=qN8wtefaj9g
I am still trying to find out how much extra RAM I can upgrade my PC with...
I hope this is helpful.
