Hi:
You need this driver for the bluetooth radio...
This package contains the driver installation package for the Ralink Bluetooth in supported notebook models that are running a supported operating system.
http://ftp.hp.com/pub/softpaq/sp61501-62000/sp61795.exe
Now, if no bluetooth icon at all is showing up, then you probably need to install this software for W7, restart the PC, and use this sofware to turn on the bluetooth.
This package provides the HP Connection Manager for the supportednotebook models and operating systems.

Hi:
Maybe the parts list for your model is incorrect.
If the wireless driver is missing, there will be a device listed in the device manager labeled as a Network Controller.
If you see such a device, please post the hardware ID for it, so I can figure out what model wifi card your notebook has.
Use this guide for how to find the hardware ID.

Hi:
I don't see that the wireless card is even present in your screen shot.
Does it show up under the Network Adapters device manager category?
For the ethernet controller and PCI device, you need these drivers for W7...
This package provides the Realtek Local Area Network (LAN) Driver that enables the Realtek Network Interface Card (NIC) Chip in supported notebook models that are running a supported operating system.
http://ftp.hp.com/pub/softpaq/sp56501-57000/sp56680.exe
This package contains the driver that enables the Realtek Card Reader in supported notebook models that are running a supported operating system. The card reader enables users to read from or write to supported removable storage cards, which are typically used in digital cameras, digital music players, and cellular phones.

Hi:
The wireless card has malfunctioned.
Since it is not showing up under the network adapters device manager category, or unde the other device category like your first screenshot showed with the other two devices, the wireless card has a problem.
Try these troubleshooting steps...
1. Perform a hard reset of the notebook. See this guide for how to do that...
https://support.hp.com/us-en/document/c01684768/
If that doesn't get the wireless card to show up
2. Removing and firmly reseat the wireless card. Try to do it with the antennas connected, so you don't have to mess with the tiny connectors.
There isn't a service manual linked to your notebook's support page but see if this one will work for you...
See chapter 4 starting on page 48 for how to remove and replace the wireless card.
If that doesn't work either than the wireless card has completely failed and needs to be replaced.
Replace it with one that has the same part number on it that yours has now.
