I plugged my power supply in the outlet and it didn`t charge the laptop, the day before it worked perfectly fine. I tried to contact the support but when I enter my Product Number and Serial Number it just loads forever. This support is **bleep** and it doesn`t work, I don want to pay 90€ for a new one.

Thank you for posting on HP Support Community.
Don't worry as I'll be glad to help, I have a few troubleshooting steps we could try to fix the issue:
Use the following steps to connect the power cord.
-
Remove the power cord from the AC adapter.
-
Reconnect the power cord to the AC adapter. Be certain the power cord is fitted tightly into the AC adapter inlet.
And, also verify the notebook receives power from the adapter:
To check whether the notebook receives power from the adapter, with the AC adapter connected, look for the AC adapter light close to the AC adapter port of the notebook computer. If the AC adapter light is illuminated, then the AC adapter is functioning properly. Proceed to the next step.

If the AC adapter light is off, the AC Adapter might be failing or the system board is damaged and requires repair. Contact HP Customer Support for further assistance.
Hope this helps! Keep me posted for further assistance.
