Product: HP EliteBook 840 G3 Base Model Notebook PC

Hi,

I'm facing a strange problem with the devices named in the subject:

When the laptop is connected to the docking station I can power on the laptop by pressing the power button of the docking station, also the LAN port is working, but:

- the battery is not loading

- the monitors connected to the Display Port ports are not detected.

 

I have updated the notebooks firmware to the latest version.

 

Any help would be appreciated.

Actually I have used this Docking Station with another 840 G3 for years.

And I tried it with a HP USB-C/A Universal Dock G2, but this did not work at all.

 

When you search for "hp elitebook 840 g3 docking station" you will find many results.
